Job Responsibilities
  1. 1. Responsible for developing and optimizing process development plans to ensure that product quality and output meet expected goals;
  2. 2. Responsible for completing process development, scaling up, small-scale technology transfer, and subsequent optimization;
  3. 3. Responsible for the selection, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and management of upstream and downstream process development equipment to ensure the normal operation of the equipment;
  4. 4. Collect, analyze, and summarize data during the process of process development, propose improvement measures and optimization plans;
  5. 5. Responsible for conducting rapid stability analysis, optimizing storage conditions, and other experimental explorations;
  6. 6. Responsible for screening formulation prescriptions and determining the final dosage form.
Qualification
  1. 1. Master's degree or above, major in biochemistry, biotechnology, pharmacy or related fields;
  2. 2. A master's degree requires 3-5 years or more of experience in process development, while a bachelor's degree requires 8 years or more of relevant experience;
  3. 3. Have good data analysis and problem-solving skills;
  4. 4. Strong execution and communication coordination skills;
  5. 5. Capable of withstanding work pressure, possessing strong sense of responsibility and professionalism;
  6. 6. Familiar with relevant regulations and quality standards.

  5. 5. Responsible for experimental exploration such as rapid stability analysis and storage condition optimization;
  6. 6. Responsible for formulation screening and determining the final dosage form.
Qualifications
